Are the templates free?

Yes. All templates are free – simply pick one you like and personalise with photos and text using our intuitive online editor.

Can I get a proof of my design?

With our intuitive online editor, you can see how your design will look as you make changes. You can also download a PDF if you find these easier to view. We unfortunately don’t offer printed proofs of your design.

I have added my postcard to the basket but would like to make changes. Can I do this?

Yes. You just need to go back into the basket and click on the ‘Edit’ button next to the preview of your design. You can make any changes until you are happy to proceed.

What resolution should my images be?

We recommend uploading images in jpeg format with a resolution of 300dpi at A6 size (148mm x 105mm). We cannot accept responsibility for poor quality photos.

When will my order be delivered?

Once you’ve placed your order on our website, it will be delivered to the address on the postcard within 3-4 working days.

What happens if the recipient is not at home to receive my postcard?

A postcard can easily fit through a letterbox, so the recipient won't need to be in to receive it.

What happens if my order isn’t delivered on time?

We use Royal Mail to deliver your order; if it has not arrived within 4 working days, please contact us by calling 01403 255650.

I placed an order but need to cancel it. How do I do this?

If you need to cancel an order after placing it on our website, give us a call on 01403 255650 straight away. If we have not started printing it yet, we can offer you a full-refund. If your order is already being printed, unfortunately, we can’t cancel it or offer a refund.
